Netflix has released a trailer for season 5 of the series. The show is set around Jolyne Cujoh, the latest in a long line of JoJos. We see Jolyne been sentenced to 15 years in a maximum-security prison for a crime that she didn’t commit. After arriving at the prison, her estranged father, Jotaro Kujo, arrives at the prison to warn her that someone wanted her locked up so they could kill her easily.

We will be seeing much detail about the trailer later, but the new trailer introduced many of this season’s characters, including both JoJos, Ermes Costello, F.F., Emporio Alnino, Weather Forecast, and Narciso Anastasia. Stone Ocean will be animated by David Productions, just like the previous seasons since 2012. JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Stone Ocean will be first debuted worldwide on Netflix in December, and after its global debut, the anime series will be broadcasted in Japan in January 2022.

This is usually different from the usual, as Netflix usually gets anime seasons nearly six months after they air in Japan.
