In front of him is Shinei Nouzen, famous for being the only survivor of the squads he has passed through. But the war can take a new turn when he meets Vladilena Milizé. Although she is 85, she struggles with this segregation. The two end up teaming up in search of an end to the war and a move to the country.

The plot follows Yuji Itadori. To save his friends, he ends up swallowing a talisman and becoming host to a curse. To everyone’s surprise, however, he retains his humanity and is able to use the curse’s powers to fight others. He is then tasked with fighting these dangerous opponents until his fate is decided.

The group starts to act as a species of freelancers, performing different jobs and protecting other people. In their trajectory, they often end up counting on the support of the police force and other intriguing characters. But the main enemies are far more powerful than the ones the main trio face on the streets.
