Iyabo Ojo Updates Mohbad’s Toxicology Report

Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo said the toxicology report on the late Nigerian singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as Mohbad, had not been disclosed.

The actress, who was invested in the case of the late Afrobeat star, announced this in an Instagram post on Thursday, while announcing a humanitarian award that was presented to her at the 9th edition of the Green October event.

She wrote: @lamodemag thank you very much, I feel humiliated and honored. We are still waiting for toxicological results on Mohbad’s case.

Mohbad died on 12 September and was buried the next day in Ikorodu, Lagos.

However, the police exhumed his body on September 21 for autopsy after requests for investigation.

Several people, including Naira Marley, Sam Larry, Primeboy, Spending and a nurse, are currently in police custody over the singer’s death.

Mohbad’s father gives more details on son’s death

Meanwhile, the father of the late Mohbad Joseph Aloba has revealed more details about his son’s death.

Aloba explained everything that had happened on the day of his death in an interview with BBC Yoruba.

He asked the Nigerians to forgive him for quickly burying his son, adding that no one loves him as much as he does.

Aloba further explained that before his death, his son confided in him that Naira Marley had an evil side.

He revealed that his son had been physically abused several times, adding that the first time Mohbad was beaten, he reported it to the police, but no action was taken.

Mohbad’s father, who is a pastor, expressed his inability to take traditional measures due to his religious beliefs.
